babynamesAt my sister's wedding Saturday night I was talking to this woman who works with my dad. She's 6 months pregnant with a boy and I asked her and her husband if they knew what they were going to name him yet. They said they are thinking about Colin (or Collin, I didn't ask how they're spelling it) and I said, "Oh, that's a nice name." Then the husband said, "And we are thinking of Logan for the middle name."
GASP.
Me: Oh. No, don't do that. Too many "in" sounds. That's not good. Please don't name your kid Colin Logan.
I sincerely hope they consider my advice. Maybe I can save this kid from a lifetime with a terrible name.
Oh, and did I mention that the last name ends with an "in" sound as well?
People just don't think.

Umm.. no thanks, we'll stick with Owen Scott tyvm!
If these people are smart they'll give poor Colin a different middle name and save Logan for a future child or something. *sigh*
