Inspired by the last post
I had to look up Renesmee - I've not read the Twilight books or seen the films - and wiki broke down how her name was created. So, here is your happy Monday challenge!
Take names from your family/SO's family and make up some names LOL!

Célinette or Henrina (after my grand-mothers Célina et Henriette)
Aldine (after my parents Albert and Claudine)
For a boy:
Jobert or Alseph (after my grand-fathers Albert and Joseph)
Claubert (after my parents)
lol
Also, someone who never could remember that I was Isabelle and my sister was Véronique decided he would call us Isanique et Vérobelle, so he would be sure to have half the name right every time. lol

Algar, Alry, Gaex, Garlex - Gary, Alex

Malena - Monica/Mariam and Elena (me and mom's first/sister's middle + Mom's middle name)
Moireen = Maureen = Mariam + Irene (sister's first and middle)
Iona = Irene + Monica
Riona - Irene + Monica
Callena - Monica + Elena (a Callena is a flower over here)
I admit that these go more by merging sounds but I was going for names I'd actually consider and I must admit I kind of like some of these =)

How about Matka? Or Kathrew? Or Rynnew has a nice "ew" sound it in. ;) (That would be a mash up of my husband and I's names, Matthew and Kathryn.)
Nicpa, Naige, Cholaige, or Laspa? (Nicholas + Paige, my parents.)
Rynnew Cholaige sounds like some awful disease.

Peneline would be the way it would work, Renesmee style, but Jacquelope sounds like "cantaloupe" or "antelope" and I find that cuter.
Jahelm - James Sr. (husband's birth father) and Wilhelm (my father)
Wilhames in the reverse way.
Emehelm - Emmett (husband's last stepfather) and Wilhelm. We could almost make Emma out of that.
Wilmet - Above, reversed.
These are so bad! So far I've got a Cantaloupe Antelope, something that would seem ridiculous on a white boy, a Whippet and other things I'll think up eventually.
Anaella - Ann (my maternal grandmother) and Adella (husband's maternal grandmother)
Ilsella - Ilsa (my paternal grandmother) and Adella
We don't know the names of any of my husband's other grandparents.
