I always try to do this with friends' first and middle names:
Amanda Lee = Amalee = Amelie
Nicole Alexandra = Nicolex = Nicolette, Nicola

Melissa and Maribeth (sisters) = Marissa or Elisabeth
Katherine and Louis (parents) = Louka = Luka, Lorine = Lauren
Sanford and Rae (paternal gparents) = Raisin? haha
Mary and Joseph (maternal gparents) = Jory, Marj
Mary and Rae (grandmothers) Marae, Raemy = Marie, Ramie
Sanford and Joseph (grandfathers) = Sanjo = Sancho?
Darrell and Kaitlyn (bf and me) = Karrell = Carol?
