Dec. 5th, 2009 12:03 amI just found out my cousin is naming his son Leviathan, to be nicknamed Levi (leev-eye).
This came as a total surprise because they were talking about the name Makai, which I think would have been better. But it was part of a set: Makai and Mona. And then they lost the twin girl, and immediately discarded the name Makai.
What do you think?

Date: 2009-12-05 04:14 am (UTC)Makai has become a popular name for gamers who are now having kids. Its Japanese for 'Underworld', and yeah its not a name in Japan. Its actually in the top 1000 SSA names list in the USA.
