I've been obsessed with the name Mia.

However, I don't feel like it's "enough" of a name to grow into as an adult - any ideas of names this could be used as a nn for? I also really like Martina, but that seems like it would nn to Martie or Tina

I have no extra suggestions than those already given, but Mia IS a full adult name. ex: Mia Tyler the plus-sized lingerie model (half sister to Liv Tyler the actress {noteably seen in LOTR as Arwen and in Empire records}, daughters of Steven Tyler from Aerosmith)
