I've been obsessed with the name Mia.

However, I don't feel like it's "enough" of a name to grow into as an adult - any ideas of names this could be used as a nn for? I also really like Martina, but that seems like it would nn to Martie or Tina

Ooohh, I like that one, too. I didn't even think about using Mia for Miranda. Huh. I'll have to keep that one in mind for myself, haha.

I would have never thought of it either, but one of the girls on my friends list has a daughter named Miranda who they call Mia. :-P I was kinda surprised at first, but it fits.

Huh. Never thought about using the nn Mia for Miranda. I usually go by Mir. Growing up it was Randi or Randa. lol
