a friend and i were trying to figure out why we disagreed so significantly on names, and we realized that the names we hate the most are the ones that have been 'tainted' because of a not-so-pleasant acquaintance with the name.

so i'm curious, what names have been 'ruined' for you?

The only one I can think of is Evan. I think I would like that name if it wasn't the name of this bully who was in my class every year of elementary school.
