a friend and i were trying to figure out why we disagreed so significantly on names, and we realized that the names we hate the most are the ones that have been 'tainted' because of a not-so-pleasant acquaintance with the name.

so i'm curious, what names have been 'ruined' for you?

I hate that. Bad associations can totally ruin names for me.

Hmm... Max is one that is totally ruined for me. And I before I knew the person I actually really liked the name.
