My 18 Children

In a discussion about the Duggars, someone challenged the community in general to come up with good names for 18 kids. So I decided to do that! I used an online "coin-flipper" to decide on the boy-girl order and tried to come up with each name individually, as if, although I planned to have a big family, I was never sure exactly which child would be the last. (Incidentally, there is no way in heck I'm having 18 kids. I'm thinking 4, 5 tops.) I didn't try to match up particularly well with my last name because they would have my husband's last name and he doesn't exist yet!

Peregrin and Samwise! I don't know if I love or hate that... As middles, I think I love them. Elanor, too. I really love a lot of your middle names. November, Ariel, Arden, Monet...

like i said, i definitly strayed into guilty pleasure names (on both sides, really)! i really like peregrin, but i'd probably not use samwise, lol. that's a little too "hey, look at me! my mom is a crazy lotr geek!", especially when the girls have elanor and elen as middle names too...

i came across penrose as a last name, but i thought it was lovely. in my opinion, it adds something to the elegance of rose, and it's less cutsie than penelope. as far as i know, it's not a flower.
