I asked WTFFFFF, and he was like "My parents, I don't even know. They're from Mexico." Is it normal for this to happen there?

I am of the firm belief of "If you can find it in the atlas or the dictionary, it is not a name." Barring, of course, places named after people in the first place (Elizabeth, NJ for example).
