Pronounced Clo-duh. A woman I work with just told me the names of her daughters and this one stood out to me. I'm assuming it's Irish since she is Irish. I was intrigued at first, now I've decided I don't really like it because it's kind of hard to say out loud. WDYT?

Yes, it's an Irish name. It's the name of a river in Tipperary. It's okay. I don't really like the sound of it, and it makes me think of claddagh.

I don't like it. I like heaps of other Irish names, but this one, both in how it looks and sounds, reminds me of someone wearing big heavy clunky shoes limping around on wooden floorboards.
