Tell me some names you love but just can't use because nobody could pronounce them where you live. For example, you might like a really Russian name, but you live in the US and you know nobody is going to get it right. My answers are in the comments.

Are there any you love enough that you would use even though you know nobody could pronounce them right?

my grandmother was born Chiara and people just called her Kay here (her parents came right from Italy and had her in some of their first years here in America
I would've liked to call my daughter Chiara- but, didn't want people constantly pronouncing it wrong

My cousin's name is Chiara and I don't recall having a problem pronouncing it, or anyone else for that matter. I could see how people would though. I still love it. :)

Chiara is one of my favourite names for girls...but some French people can't pronounce it either.
