Morgana hurts.

I usually like girl names that have the -ah ending sound (which is funny cause our girl name ends with -et, but hubby did turn down all my -ah names). And there are so many pretty ones, why take Morgan, and stick an A on it? The rest are pretty. Ava was one of my girl choices. And I've never heard of Lyla, but it reminds me of another choice, Leila.

Putting an -a at the end makes it feminine, since it's a masculine name.

I guess I've known so many girls named Morgan that I really see it as a girl's name. I don't think I've ever known or heard of a boy named Morgan.

Morgan is actually a unisex name, and almost anyone I've heard of named Morgan is a girl - except for one, but its not actually his given name, so... nix that :P
