See, this is what I mean about not using names in situations where spelling/pronunciation is a problem for people. Welsh speakers can pronounce it (and Welsh is beautifully logically phonetic so that makes it easier). Knowledge of Welsh phonology isn't tremendously common outside Wales, afaik, making Welsh names an iffy choice for many people. The same goes for Irish names.
