Aug. 23rd, 2009 12:36 pmmy dear fiance brought up the name phoebe a couple of days ago.
i told him flat out that i didnt like it, but now i am reconsidering. it is far nicer than his other recent suggestion of marina i swear. the boy is so random. marina is not a name to me, its a place to park boats. he insisted it harkens back to his irish heritage.
only other names we agree on so far are ruby and josie and possibly fiona.
what do you guys think of phoebe?

Date: 2009-08-23 06:02 pm (UTC)I used to love Ruby, but it's SO popular here (the UK) now that I could never use it. I think it may even have been the most popular girls' name last year. Josie I like as a nickname for Josephine. Fiona I used to love but I've gone off it a bit recently - I think it sounds a little dated and dull.
Actually, I think they're all pretty good.
