random names and how important is the meaning?

I really hope I dont have a baby soon, my favourite names change on a daily basis.  I would so be one of those parents who let their kid go nameless for a week, hehehe.

BOYS:
Tobias: God is great
Clayton: town on Clay Land
Koen: brave and gallant
Harvey: army warrior

GIRLS:
Isaura: soft air
Dagny: day, brightness, new day
Penelope: dream weaver

How important is the meaning of a name to you?  Does it really matter?

When you were growing up did you really think about it?

The meaning means nothing for me. Claudia means "lame" like crippled, and Cecilia means "blind" and they are two of the prettiest names I have ever heard!

Tobias: it's OK
Clayton: don't really like it
Koen: don't really like it
Harvey: don't really like it. This is gross, but my husband and his friends call burps that taste like throw-up "Harveys." I don't know if anyone else does this?

GIRLS:
Isaura: OK. It seems like it would be "I saw her" or a dinosaur like, the Isaurus Rex.
Dagny: don't like

I have never called my burps anything but burps but I love that Harvey thing and will use it in the future if I have the opportunity!

Although I hope I don't get the opportunity.
