Ethnic name
Hi all, I'd like to hear opinions on a name, and suggestions for middle name.
The name is Abrihet - pronounced "Ah-bree-het(rhymes with jet) It's African and it's meaning is she shines/emanates light.
I realize some probably wont like it, but I love different names, and to me, this one isn't too different as to seem completely unappealing to everyone not of its ethnic origin.
I like how the first part of the name Abri "ah-bree" - is pretty identical sounding to that of the name Aubrey. I prefer Abrihet for everything about it, in that it's meant as just a girls name, (whereas Aubrey is unisex) it's different, it has (to me) a nice meaning, and because it's ethnic ( I have African ancestry on my father's side). And maybe it's just me, but it makes me think of Audrey Hepburn, whom I love! :)
So aside from not liking it, (for those who do) any middle name suggestions? I don't have a preference, just something that flows well, sounds nice.
TIA!
Side note: On the baby name site I found the name Abrihet, I just saw that some girl posted about what she and her husband intend to name their daughter. The name, which she says she isn't joking about... Bazooka Joan. I like different names, but I don't think Bazooka is a good choice at all. O.o

I like a simple middle name: Abrihet Rose, or something else not "too harsh"

I agree about the simple middle name, nothing too harsh. I quite like Abrihet Rose. Thanks! :)

I do, however, really dislike your use of the word "ethnic".

Ethnic means that which pertains to a certain culture, which the name Abrihet does, as it's African, as I stated in my post.
I like different cultures and names of different cultures, and having different cultures in my family, makes me more drawn to names from those cultures, and I like that I could use 'ethnic' names to honour my heritage. While I'm not black, nor were my parents, as mentioned in my post, I do have, (not too distant) African heritage on my father's side. Some people would think I (a white person)shouldn't use it because I'm not black, I think I could because I have African heritage. Which is why I mentioned that I like that the name Abrihet is ethnic, which it is, because it's of an ethnicity that I feel a familial connection to.
I do appreciate that you like the sound of the name, as I do. So thank you for that. :)
