My husband and I actually had a serious conversation about baby names! We might be sick of it by the time we actually start TTC in September.

Anyway, he says "what about Jamie?"

What do you think?

I'm not averse to it, but it sounds like a nickname, and I can't figure out for what. I don't care for Jamila, Jamaica, or Jamala, and I'm not naming a girl James or Jameson. If I used another Ja- name, could we call her Jamie? If so, what name would you use?

I'm pimping my list as always.

Personally I am not a huge fan of Jamie/Jaime. It sounds dated.

I love a lot of your girl names. Astrid Josephine, Charlotte Louise, Lydia Celeste, Olivia Estelle, and Willa Josephine are my favorites on the girls.

Milo Alexander is probably my favorite on the boys. And thank you for spelling Cameron the correct way! =]

Yeah, I'm not liking it yet either, hence I'm not adding it to the list. I do appreciate the feedback.

My husband really wanted me to go with Kam'Ron, but I wouldn't give in ;)
