How would you spell Noel to make it rhyme with Lowell and have people know it's a boy not a girl or a holiday :-p.

Noel already rhymes with Lowell. Noël doesn't. It would only be feminine as Noelle or Noëlle.

except that Noel is how we spell the word used at Christmas...whether it's supposed to have the 2 dots or not. That's what people would say.

It's also the name. Sometimes it's spelled "Nowell" (I have seen the song lyrics as "The First Nowell"), but the name is usually Noel, and "Nowell" for name or holiday gives me itchy itchy hives so I can't recommend it.
