We had a new camper added to our roster today for next week. I am split on how I feel about her name: Kayleighann. My first thought was wow that's long! Part of me likes it because I'm one of those ones that likes Annaleigh and I like the spelling of Leighann (because I hate Leeann, girls I went to school with). But all together in a first name I think that's a bit much. At least it's not really creative spelling.

Date: 2009-06-25 08:35 pm (UTC)this coming from someone who used to like names like Amberleigh and Kimberleigh. But merging Kaylee and Leighann just doesn't work, imo.
Kaylee/Kayley/Kaylie Ann would have been just way classier, and they'd still be getting the sound they were looking for.
