What is that mean?
If you talking about the name Shiloh, it is a real name. There just happened to be a story written about a dog named Shiloh...
Shiloh
Hebrew meaning the chosen one
I don't know the meaning of Nouvel, but I do know that it is a last name, could have some significance either Brad or Angelina...

The name itself ... hmm not bad, nothing I'd use but there's far worse out there. Guess it'll end up growing on me, like her sibling's names did.

I think it's one of those that will grow on me, i never seen to like names i've not heard before.
I don't know anything about a dog named Shiloh.
I've heard that the first paparazzi picture will be worth a million..

It's required reading in a lot of schools. :)

Shiloh only makes me think of the American Civil War battle, which was insanely bloody. Nouvel, is that someone's name? Otherwise it's just a misspelled French word. (Should be nouvelle)
