In another comm. someone asked what everyone's favorite boy and girl names are...

sooo many people said Jordan for girls. Funny thing is Jordan is one of my favorite names for a BOY but I HATE it for a girl. Same goes for the name Bailey. Thoughts? Is anyone else like this? where you love a unisex name for one gender but hate it for the other?

also...someone said her ex-boyfriend's name is Lindsey...and while my kneejerk reaction was pretty much wtf? it's kinda growing on me now...

Like Ashley, Lindsay was a boys name first. Bailey is nice..but the name of a dearly loved pet, so everytime I see that, I think of a Shih Zhu :P

i get that a lot..."oh that sounds like a dog's name!" because i also like the name chance :)
