In another comm. someone asked what everyone's favorite boy and girl names are...

sooo many people said Jordan for girls. Funny thing is Jordan is one of my favorite names for a BOY but I HATE it for a girl. Same goes for the name Bailey. Thoughts? Is anyone else like this? where you love a unisex name for one gender but hate it for the other?

also...someone said her ex-boyfriend's name is Lindsey...and while my kneejerk reaction was pretty much wtf? it's kinda growing on me now...

my favourite high school teacher was a Scottish man named Lindsay. I thought it was cute for a girl, but as a guy my knee jerk reaction too was 'uhh wtf?' but after having him for two years, i thought about his name a lot and now i prefer it for a boy.

because of that, i have started to prefer that names of that sort (Alexis, Jordan, Shelby, etc) for boys.
