What do you think of the names:

Carolina or Carolena

Both to be pronounced as ca-row-lee-nah

Nickname would be Cara

Trying to find a spanish/latin -ish sounding name that I like. Hubby was born in Spain, and I'd like to try and find something that isn't too overly ethnic. :)

Other names we liked were,

Elena
Natalia - Can't use this because his brother used that for his last kid. :)
Isabela
I also liked Gabriella, but he didn't.

Do you have any other suggestions???

I like it spelled Carolena, then you are guaranteed people will pronounce it correctly, cause I personally would say Car-o-line-uh for Carolina. It's pretty and I love Cara for a nickname. Elena is great, too.
