Pronounciation question...

I really like the name Rhiannon but... I have no idea how to pronounce it 'right' I keep saying 'Reye-eye-non' but something tells me that's not right... I also say it 'Ree-uh-non' and I like that even better. How do you guys say it... also... middle name suggestions?
