A message board I frequent were discussing names a bit.  I had to sit back and read as everyone discussed terrible names because I couldn't bring myself to say what I really thought of the names.

Two of the bad ones:
Jayden
Raegan (which is what someone actually named their daughter this)

I wanted to bang my head on something hard.

Someone else had a baby and named the girl a decent name but I can't for the life of me remember what it was.  I didn't really like it, but it definitely was better than the trend crap that is out there nowadays.

Reagan, to me, is bad enough as a female first name. Raegan is worse. It makes me think of RAY-gunn (and indirectly Marvin the Martian). Jayden is so overdone and terrible. It was already becoming popular before Britney Spears named her second son, but she just made it worse, I think.

Raegan/Reagan is actualy a female name and is quite old. The spelling Raegan is found in Shakespears King Lear.
