Levi. I've just read two articles on it and there were three pronunciations of it written. Is Levi generally pronounced leh-vee, lee-vee (from the same website -- they said these were traditional Jewish pronunciations) or like the jeans, lee-veye?

I really like it pronounced like the jeans, but the other two aren't quite as attractive to me. If anybody actually knows a Levi (I don't), or even has a child named Levi, how do you pronounce it?

i know a jewish family whose last name is levy, but that pronounce it lee-vee. i've never known of another family who has pronounced it that way though.
