Ughhhhh. My fiancee's best friend's daughter is having her baby soon...
We just found out that she's having a boy, and when we asked her what the name would be she gave us two choices:


Alonzo Luis   or     Eduardo Alonzo.

 

Ughhhhh.

Actually, her husband's name was Almanzo. :)

My bad. It's been so long since I've read the books. I thought for sure his name was Alonzo in Farmer Boy, but Almanzo makes more sense now.

In Farmer Boy I think his family called him the nick name Manzo.
But that might have been what Laura called him in later books.
