New name

I came across the name Ieva today. It sounds just like Eva in Russian (YEH-vah), and I think it's the Finnish version of Eva.

I just fell in love immediately with the sound of Ieva, but I'm not sure I like it spelled like this. Other options in my language (italian) could be Jeva or Yeva. Or Jevah / Yevah, even?
Ieva does look less common than the other spellings.

WDYT? Like it or not? Which spelling do you prefer?
