I love the nickname Whit and have had the name Whitman on my list for a few months, but when I was driving home I saw Whitaker on a car and I started liking that as a full name.  I used to say it whit-take-er but I realized I like it better said whidd-ick-er.  What do you think of it?

I say Whidd-ick-er, personally. I like it. It sounds like a last name though.
