I don't like Ehrich, Garro, or Amalah.

Cecily-- I love this name and prefer it with one l and a c.
Garro-- weird
Amalah-- pretty, but NMS
Anne-Sophie-- both fine names, if a little bland, but a horrible combo!
Joelle-- I've heard this name a lot. It's fine, NMS,
Joella-- Lol, I just mistyped this 'Hoella'. Either way-- ick!
Cherely-- Okay, first off, I hate the name Shirley. Second that would not be pronounced Shirley. Perhaps Share-lee Share-i-lee or Chair-lee.
Henre-- Eh, I don't mind Henri, but pron. 'Ohn-ree'. This is just weird and I might think to pron. it Henry, but that's not the way it should be pronounced, in American English anyway.

Uhm, it shouldn't be...but it is.

However, the given name, is what it is. You may not like it (I don't either) but it's not your choice/option to change it. If you were to know this person, and chose not to use the given pronunciation/spelling, you might be offending the person. You don't have to name your kid Fxpqtd12, but you should prounounce it "Sarah" if that's what the person asks.

*edit*
And I apologize if I seemed overly defensive in my original comment.

Thanks. I apologize as well if I seem like I'm attacking you.
