i am trying to come up with something to sway my man into digging the name oliver half as much as i do. so i had this thought today...

so... i am wondering, could levi work as a nickname for oliver? what do you think?

personally, i love everything about the name oliver, the meaning, and the nickname ollie. but he just doesnt like it and insists our kid "will be a wimp if we name him oliver".

not at all in my opinion. they're two completely different names with two completely different sounds. levi isn't even in oliver.
