So, a friend of mine just had a baby.

He named her Abigail.
I love that name.

Is it tacky if I use it also?

It's not after his child.. My ex's grandmother's name is Gail, and I would consider using her name, however I wouldn't name my baby Gail. Abigail is perfect.
Its a very classic, sweet name, I think.


So tacky, y/n?

i'm not a parent, but i dont think i would mind if i were him. i guess it depends how close in proximity you are, etc. id also explain to him beforehand why youre picking abigail...
