I am starting to see this name everywhere. An explosion of Marley's are being born.
Boys & girls.

I guess it could be cute, but mostly it reminds me of the ghost from A Christmas Carol. Not someone I'd want to name a kid after.

That was my first thought too. Jacob Marley - not Bob Marley. Either way, it's a crap first name (esp. for a girl). It has a mournful sound to it too.
