The ones I like: Elliott, Porter (my mom's maiden name), Griffin, Ryan, Blake, Reese (but I like it spelled Rhys), Tyler, Kent, James, Bradley, and Jackson.

I also know a family (of boys, ironically) whose last name is Shelley. I know it's only a nn for girls, but some people use it for a full name in rare instances.
