See-air-in. I have no idea how it's actually pronounced, but that's how I would say it.

That makes sense to me, since Ciara (see-ar-ah/see-air-ah) is the female version. Who knows if that's tru fax though. :(

Ciara is actually pronounced KEER-a. Ciaran is pronounced KEER-an. IF you're pronouncing them correctly.
