Twins for Brangelina!

Yahoo is reporting that Angelina had her twins yesterday (the 12th) by c-section! Yay! I'm so excited. So many celeb births this past week! And from my favorites!

The names are being reported so far as Knox Leon and Vivienne Marcheline. LOVE THEM! YAY!

They join siblings Zahara, Pax, Maddox and Shiloh.


Congrats to them!

Marcheline was Angelina's mother's name - I believe she passed away fairly recently, didn't she?

I love the name Vivienne, and the significance of Marcheline. It's not a name I'd pick, but honoring family members forgives a lot of name sins I'd otherwise take issue with.

I don't care for Knox Leon at all, and I agree that Knox/Pax/Maddox is overkill with the X sounds.

Vivienne is the only name of all their brood that I actually like.

Yeah her mom died in January 2007. I find it sad when grandparents die young, well anyone really, but at least she got to meet three of her grandchildren.

As for the names, they are interesting. Knox reminds me of this lumber and hardware store, that might only be a midwest thing.
