naming nationality

I was talking about names with a friend (this seems to happen often with me, haha), and she asked me what a few of my favorites were. So I started listing them; Oliver, Miles, Colin, Catherine, Charlotte, Juliet, and the first thing she said was that they all sound very English. I had never thought about it before but I guess she's right.

Do you guys have any favorite naming nationality or ethnicity?

My choices normally evolve around being able to be pronounced correctly in English, but since I'm Norwegian, I love some Norwegian names and pronounciations.
