Has your SO ever been stuck on a name that you've absolutely hated?

Example: My boyfriend and his brothers all have names that start with "J" (Jesse, Jerome, and Jonas). He has decided should he ever reproduce, his kids will also have J names. The two top choices:

Jesus (not with a soft J sound but Jee-sus)
Jedi

And no, he's not kidding.

My husband is hung up on the name Trevor. I don't even know why, but I can't stand that name. Okay, maybe I do know why. First, my godparents' son is named Trevor and I don't have the best memories of him. Second, I do NOT think "Trev" is a cute nickname, and my hubby does.

Eh, if he can't be persuaded, pick a proper name you like (and middle if you please), then chuck 'Trev' in the second middle name spot/middle (depending if you have a combo you love).
