here are two names I found today :

Shooter Manhattan (b)
this name is not allowed yet...parents want to go to court

Body Rihanna (g)

what do you think about these combos :

evan caleb
evan landon
evan riley
evan jordan /jordyn

Evan Riley is the best one

Both names are awful. Shooter? Great name for a kid. Really.

As for middle names for Evan, I like Caleb the best, but I also think Evan Riley sounds really nice. I wouldn't go with Landon or Jordan (or especially Jordyn, which looks totally messed up) because they end too similarly.

Evan Caleb sounds better as Caleb Evan
Evan Landon is nice
Evan Riley is okay, but I'm not fond of Riley
Evan Jordan is nice (when it's spelled with an a instead of a y!)

Is Body "boddy" or "bodhi?" Bodhi would be sort of cute on a girl, but not...Body.

I like Evan with Riley, but not Landon or Jordan, because of the double -an sound.

why won't they allow shooter manhattan? i've heard worse.

By German law, a child's name has to meet two conditions: (1) it must reflect the sex of the child, and (2) it must not endanger the 'well-being of the child.'

if you have a unusual name for your child you have to proof that somebody on earth is already walking around with this name
and if the name is ok and will not embarrass the kid it will be allowed

in some cases you need a "normal" and/or "should clearly indicate the gender" name
e.g. its not allowed to name your babygirl jagger joseph because joseph is a boys name,....you would need to add a clearly indicated girls name
or you couldnt call your kid TREE
or D´lilah .. you must choose something like delilah

i know that actress drea de matteo's boyfriend's name is shooter. but i'm not sure if that's his real name.

Shooter Jennings... I think he's actually Waylon Jennings the third or something like that though.. (but don't quote me!)

I like Caleb Riley. I even like Riley as a first name :)

I just saw an interview on tv about him and his parents
and the parents said that they choose manhattan because they were in new york (manhattan) when she got pregnant and then they saw shooter jenings (?) on tv and loved the name shooter
so they decided to name the little baby shooter manhattan O.o

"Body Movin'" was a Beastie Boys song. Played to death in early '99 or so.

I've seen Bodhi before (Bow-dee), but Body? That's stupid. Same goes for Shooter Manhattan.

Out of your suggestions, I like Evan Riley best. I think it flows really well.
