Mar. 18th, 2008 10:47 amA couple at my church had their second baby this morning. They named her
Callie Sue.
Her brother's name is Robert Jackson (but he goes by Jackson).
While I don't like the name, I think I have more of a problem with the fact that the two names don't go together well at all.
wdyt?

Date: 2008-03-18 04:56 pm (UTC)I also like Robert Jackson nn Jackson.
They both sound Southern so to me it goes together. I'm also guessing they are more patriarchal?
I still like them :D

Date: 2008-03-18 09:04 pm (UTC)As far as I know, my great-grandpa Callie Robinson was fresh off the potato barge from County Cork Ireland, so I always assumed it was just an Irish name.
