babynamesI don't know how many of you watch America's Next Top Model, but this cycle had two Amy's so one of them had to change her name. She changed it to Amis (pr. "aim-miss"). Wdyt?
Personally, I like how it sounds, but the spelling looks like a typo of Amy... or multiple Amy's. Also, I just did a search on the name, and apparently it's the name of the indigenous people of Taiwan.

The way she is wanting it to be pronounced is in sound and reality too close to something gone amiss.
