My name is Stacey and usually when someone tries to spell my name I get Stacy or the occasional Stacie. I'm sure there are even people with the name that spell it Stacee or Stasee or some other variations...
I like my name spelled the way it is. Stacy seems incomplete to me. It just gets really annoying sometimes having it constantly misspelled.

Date: 2008-02-26 05:45 pm (UTC)People never catch my name right when they hear it for the first time (I live in Belgium) so I always repeat and spell. And then they write it down and forget the pronounciation and call me Slow-Anne.
Why did my mother give me such a lousy name!!!!
