Your pronunciation was recognizable as the word. I was just trying to illustrate the difference between Sierra and Ciara, and was directing my reply more toward my_goat_henry anyway--just followed the thread, sorry.

wellps, It seems like I'm just used to seeing/hearing Ciara and Sierra the same way.
see-air-uh is how I'd pronounce both.

Though, now that you mention it, I love the name Chiara. It's my besties name. ^__^
