Dec. 15th, 2005 04:16 pmso how about the name Lievin, pronounced lee-ay-vin, for a boy? I kinda like it--it's got a similar sound to Levi but without being as common as I think Levi is starting to get. I'm not sure what the nationality is, but it's the name of a priest I know from the congo. I wonder if it translates to anything in english. I should ask him, but he's back in the congo now.

And I shouldn't have to sugarcoat my opinion on a name. When someone ASKS for feedback, I'm going to give it. Besides that, I wasn't MEAN. I just said that the French spelling shouldn't be changed, and that cities and French surnames aren't a good basis for naming a child.
