A friend from high school just had her 2nd baby girl....

Taylor Michelle joins big sister Bailey Belle

Neither name is my style but I think it's a cute sibset, similar styles without being matchy-matchy. I like Bailey but adding Belle makes it a little cutesy for my taste. Mom told me when we were 15 she wanted to name her daughter Bailey (remember Party of Five?), so I was impressed she talked her hubby round!

Due to the volume of emails I have to handle, I don't often get to write down the names I come across, but on slow days I'll usually try and take notice. Here's a couple that stuck out:

Szuszanna
Courtenay Rose

I was at the US/Canadian border (Niagara Falls) this morning and near the exit (after clearing immigration) there are some missing posters. One name that stood out -

Jesokah

Born 1985 in British Colombia.

Choosing a name with meaning was important for us when we picked our daughter, Veda’s, name. Veda means “knowledge and wisdom,” and her middle name, Blossom, has underlying connotations of beauty and growth.

We are due for baby number two in just a few weeks and to be honest, have been so very busy that we have not put quite so much thought into a name. Last night we sat down and pumped out a list. This time around it has been difficult to find a name we like both the sound and meaning of - as you may see below.

Since everyone here was so helpful last time, I thought I’d call on you guys once again for some help.
