What do you think of Rose and Ruby?

Would Rose, Ruby, and Scarlett just be too much? Less odd if those weren't all first names?

*edit* Is Ruby a pretty name or do you envision a chubby little girl getting made fun of, or that weird nondescript animal kid's show character?

Would you use a lot of names from one side of the family but not from the other? Do you think that might create bad feelings? We happen to love a lot of my family's names, but not very many of his and I worry about offending someone. We did accidentally use his great-grandmother's name as a second first name for our daughter, so I guess we have our bases kinda covered.

We’re thinking of adopting a 1 year old Persian cat whose name is Chantilly. She is off white, with orange tipped ears. What do you think of her name? Would you change it? I kind of like the name, but it’s a little bit of a mouthful. I suppose we could shorten it to Tilly, but I’m not a huge fan of that. WDYT?

So, this is kind of random but I thought I would get opinions (so I can tell my SO whether or not he's crazy).

Whenever we talk about our future children(s) and name possibilities he is always very insistent that the first and middle name both be 7 letters long (our last name is 7 letters long). He insists that the 777 is awesome (I wouldn't know as mine are 787 respectively).

This whole 777 thing makes it really hard to find names! His flows very nicely: Patrick Stephen. But I've only been able to think of 2 girl names that I like: Delaney and Johanna. As for boys I'm stuck (mostly because I really love Parker which is unacceptable to him because it is only 6 letters).

So, is my man crazy? And if he is or isn't...what are your favorite 7 letter first and middle name combinations?
