So, I'm due in 3 weeks and we still don't have a name picked out. My husband is set on Mila for the first name, which is fine with me, but we don't have a middle name. Last name is Fernandes.

I really want to honour my mom (Karen Ann) and maybe his mom too (Rosa/Rosie) if I can find a good name that honours them both.. but definitely my mom first and foremost lol

So far I have come up with:

Anarosa
Rosana
Roseanne
Kate
Carys/Karys
Kay/Kaye

Which is your favourite as a middle name for Mila? Or suggest a different name all together! My husband "doesn't care" about the middle name, as long as he gets Mila, so it's pretty much pointless to ask for his opinion lol HELP!

I've been awol for a bit, but find myself watching the movie Athena (1954). The characters include seven sisters all named after constellations, so I thought a wee game was called for. Seven names with a specific theme. Example, as in the film, Minerva, Athena, Calliope, Ceres, Niobe, Aphrodite, Medea.

Have at it!

We just found out we are expecting baby #2. Not sure on a first name yet for either gender, but if baby is a girl we know we want the middle name to come from my grandma and my moms name. My Grandma is Nancy Kay. My moms name is Elizabeth Ann. My first sons middle name is Harrison-- inspired by my dad, Harry. So I don't directly want to use "Elizabeth" or "Nancy". I was thinking Kayann/Kay-Ann? or maybe Eliza Kay? What do you think? Any other middle name combo suggestions you can get out of the 4 names?

I have a dear friend who is pregnant with her first, and as tradition in her family, a baby must be named with the initials of the last person to pass away. She now has to figure out both boy and girl names with the intials of J.D. or D.J. and she hasn't a clue of what sounds good together. Last name is one-syllable G name.

For a boy she likes the names Jace and Douglas
For a girl she likes Jenna

but that's about all she's got so far. Any ideas that I can pass on to her? :)
