don't think this was posted before:

On Aug. 31, Jodie Sweetin delivered daughter Beatrix Carlin, a.k.a. Bea.

Baby Bea was named for her dad’s (Morty Coyle) favorite band, the Beatles, as well as the late comedian George Carlin.

“I wanted something feminine, but really unique,” says Sweetin, 28. “Something kind of funky, a little romantic and old-fashioned.”

Baby Bea joins older sister Zoie Laurelmae, 2½, (her father is Sweetin’s ex-husband, Cody Herpin).

Hey guys! In September, I made a post about this or that names from one of my textbooks .. it was the names of the ladies interviewed for the book, and I thought they were interesting. I can't remember the ages for sure - maybe around 40 - 80 or something? - but I think they were all from England or around that way, and all women.

Anyway, I meant to post this wayyyyy sooner, but I was dumb and lost half the stats I had collected and had to count them again -_- lol. Oh, quick note - I know that some names are just so stupid that you don't want to choose one, or you love both, but please try to make a decision just so the results are fair! Thanks!

Without further ado... )

I haven't been here in a while because our adoption went through.  So now I have a one month old and his name is Henry Xavier.

But I wanted to pop in to share an article with you that my cousin-in-law posted on Facebook.  I wish we could slip it to some of the people who do the weird spellings so they could see the research on what that can do to their kids.
