So I took the kids to the doctor yesterday. While I'm making their follow-up appointments, the other receptionist was making reminder phone calls about appointments for today.

Lately I have had an interest in the name Harvey. It really doesn't fit in with the other names that I tend to like. So, what are your opinions on this name?

what do you all think of the name sylvie? can it pass as a full name? or should it only be used as a nickname for sylvia? i am not a huge fan of sylvia, its a touch old lady-ish, but i could deal with it if i had to. i just very much prefer sylvie, but i am a nicknamer by nature anyway.

would love to hear your thoughts on the names themselves, and whether or not it should not be a full name!
